What we collect
Contact details you give us through the enquiry form, and — for enrolled families — the information needed to care for your child safely: medical needs, emergency contacts and collection arrangements.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to run a place safely, and to meet the record-keeping duties placed on a registered childcare provider.
Who sees it
Staff who need it to do their job, and the regulator when required. We do not sell data and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are deleted after twelve months. Records for enrolled children are retained for the period required by our regulator and then destroyed.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything not required by law. Write to the address on the contact page.
