Using this site
This site is provided for information about our nursery and its programs. Nothing on it is a contract, and availability shown here is indicative rather than a reservation.
Bookings and places
A place is confirmed only once a signed agreement and deposit have been received. Fees, notice periods and the terms for changing days are set out in that agreement.
Fees and cancellation
Fees are payable monthly in advance. Four weeks' written notice is required to end a place or reduce days. Deposits are returned against the final invoice.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs and design on this site belong to their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
We take care to keep this site accurate but do not warrant that it is free of errors. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the nursery operates.
